Independent Non-Executive Director, AIG UK

Jane joined the Board as an independent non-executive director of AIG on 24 March 2025. Jane is the Chair of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Board Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Jane began her career in Audit at KPMG, and after becoming a partner she ran KPMG’s Financial Services Risk Practice for several years, working with clients across the financial services industry. Her Executive career also includes HSBC, where she led Group regulatory and capital reporting, before becoming Group Capital Controller, managing capital across HSBCs global businesses. Until starting at AIG, she was a Senior Advisor at the Bank of England where she advised on matters involving the financial services industry including firm supervision, and policy development.

Jane is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at PayPal (UK) and JO Hambro. She also chairs the Board of Jupiter Asset Management's UK fund manager JUTM.
