Geraud Verhille

Head of Financial Lines, AIG UK 

Geraud joined AIG in 1999 in Germany as a D&O underwriter before moving to Paris in 2003 where he became Head of Financial Lines France in 2005. Between 2005 and 2010 he took on roles of growing responsibilities including Financial Lines CUO for Continental Europe before moving to London as EMEA Executive Liability and Fidelity Practice Leader in 2010. After managing the largest Continental Europe geographies for Financial Lines he moved to the US Domestic market in 2015 as FL Zonal Executive for the West Coast based in Los Angeles. He assumed this position until his appointment as Head of UK Financial Lines in February 2019, overseeing Executive and Professional Liability, Cyber and Transactional Liability for the UK and London market. Geraud holds a First with Hon. BSc. in Chemistry from Bristol University and a Diplome de Grande Ecole from HEC Paris in Finance & Corporate law

Nina Nayee

Technical Head of Financial Lines Claims, AIG UK & EMEA

Nina has more than 25 years of international experience in Financial Lines claims management and litigation and is a dual qualified solicitor and barrister.  Since joining AIG in 2006, Nina has handled and overseen a diverse portfolio of high-value, complex financial lines claims for commercial and financial institutions including professional indemnity, directors and officers, fidelity, cyber, mergers and acquisitions as well as claims involving multinational and captive fronted accounts.

Nicci Whitehouse

Global Cyber Claims Technical Specialist 

Nicci Whitehouse is a qualified solicitor with over 14 years’ experience in the insurance industry. As AIG’s Global Cyber Claims Technical Specialist, with a particular focus on the UK and EMEA regions, Nicci supports our cyber claims adjusters with high value and complex cyber breaches, and coverage issues.  Nicci works within AIG’s Global Cyber Technical Claims Team, implementing AIG’s cyber claims strategy and identifying key cyber trends. 

Tracie Grella

Global Head of Cyber Insurance General Insurance 

Tracie Grella is responsible for the strategic direction of the company’s cyber insurance portfolio and for managing cyber insurance risk across all of AIG’s property and casualty lines. Tracie has more than 25 years of experience in cyber insurance, effectively navigating the complex intersection of technology and risk management. Tracie has played a pivotal role in shaping the industry’s response to the constantly changing cyber threat landscape and is an influential figure in safeguarding businesses and organizations against this key peril of the modern digital era. 

Zeki Turedi

CTO Europe, CrowdStrike

Zeki Turedi serves as Field CTO at CrowdStrike, where he has been instrumental since 2016 in shaping cybersecurity strategies across Europe. A recognized cybersecurity leader, he specializes in Endpoint and Network Security, with extensive experience in Digital Forensics and Incident Response. As a trusted advisor to enterprises and governments, Zeki helps organizations enhance their cyber maturity and risk management. A frequent contributor to major media outlets including BBC, The Times, and WIRED, he brings deep technical expertise and strategic insight to the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Rosie Ioannou

Rosie Ioannou is a Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group. In this role she provides bespoke funding solutions for high value commercial litigation and portfolio financing solutions for law firms and their clients. Rosie has experience both in private practice and as funder in a wide range of disputes both in the UK and internationally. She has particular expertise in funding large complex matters, including group claims and competition related disputes. A solicitor of the Courts of England and Wales, before joining Fortress, Rosie worked at Vannin Capital. Prior to that she worked in the litigation department at Allen & Overy in London, where she trained and qualified.

Seema Kennedy

Seema began her career as a lawyer in the City of London before working in business and frontline politics.  During her time as a Member of Parliament she served as a minister in the Department of Health and the Home Office, and also as Prime Minister Theresa May’s Parliamentary aide during the Brexit negotiations. 

Seema is now the Executive Director of Fair Civil Justice, a campaign to level the playing field for British consumers and business from the threat of predatory litigation. 

Kenny Henderson

Partner, CMS

Kenny Henderson is an experienced litigator who represents sophisticated and blue-chip clients in high stakes disputes, frequently with a multi-jurisdictional element. He is solutions-oriented, and deploys litigation strategies tailored to deliver commercial objectives.

He acts on many of the highest profile class actions in the UK, often for clients in regulated industries. Many of these claims are supported by litigation funders.  He is also active in all aspects of policy development in class actions and litigation funding and sat on the Consultation Committee of the Civil Jusice Council’s comprehensive review of litigation funding.Seema is now the Executive Director of Fair Civil Justice, a campaign to level the playing field for British consumers and business from the threat of predatory litigation. 

Daniel Susskind

Writer and Economist

Dr. Daniel Susskind is a bestselling author. He is the Mercers’ School Memorial Professor of Business at Gresham College. He is also a Research Professor at King’s College London, and a Senior Research Associ­ate at the Institute for Ethics in AI at Oxford University, a Digital Fellow at the Stanford Digital Economy Lab, and an Associate Member of the Economics Department at Oxford University. He explores the impact of economic growth and technology — particularly artificial intelligence (AI) — on work and society.

Previously, Dr. Susskind worked in various roles in the British Government: as a policy advisor in the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, a policy analyst in the Policy Unit at 10 Downing Street, and a senior policy adviser in the Cabinet Office. He was a Kennedy Scholar at Harvard University and holds a Doctorate in Econom­ics from Oxford University where he is currently an Associate Member of the Economics Department.

Chris Rash

Chief Executive Officer

Chris was previously Chief Executive Officer of Talbot Underwriting Ltd., an AIG company operating within the Lloyd's Insurance Market through Syndicates 1183, 2019 and 2478. He was also a member of the Talbot Board.

Prior to joining Talbot, Chris worked for the StarStone Group, where he was interim Group Chief Executive Officer, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer of International and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer. Formerly, he was Group Chief Financial Officer for MS Amlin and previously served as Commercial Director and Chief Financial Officer at the National House Building Corporation.

Chris serves as a Board Member of The London Market Group. Chris is an ACA qualified Chartered Accountant.
