Oliver Turtle has been leading Architecture tours at the Barbican Centre for 5 years, covering the complex’s nuanced social history and offering design insights to over 10,000 visitors. Over this period he has met and collated perspectives from engineers and workers involved with the project, long time residents and relatives of the architects to piece together a vigorous and colourful history of the building.
