AIG UK Strengthens Partnerships at Broker Expo 2025
The AIG team attended the Broker Expo 2025 in Birmingham – one of the UK’s premier one-day event for the insurance broker community, attended by over a 1,000 insurance professionals to connect, collaborate and uncover new business opportunities.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for AIG to engage with brokers from the Midlands and across the country, gaining key insights into trends and challenges shaping their clients’ businesses.
There was strong interest throughout the day in AIG’s retail and e-trade propositions, particularly the combined Property and Liability product, Corporate Protect, and the wider range of risk solutions designed to support brokers and their mid-market/SME clients.
“It was a fantastic day meeting so many broker partners,” said Ian Robinson, Head of Retail & Personal Lines. “Events like this are invaluable in understanding what really matters to our broker partners, how we can work together for mutual success, drive growth, and deliver solutions that make a genuine difference for clients.”
The day also highlighted the continued importance of digital trading in the SME segment.
“Efficiency, product range and support remain critical for brokers in the SME e-trade market,” added Claire Faulding, e-Trade Manager. “It’s great to hear how brokers are using platforms like AIG eXtra and Acturis to trade with us easily and efficiently, while also sharing valuable feedback that helps us continually enhance their digital experience.”
AIG extends its appreciation to all the brokers who visited the stand and shared their insights and ideas. To learn more about our attendance, visit www.aig.co.uk/brokerexpo2025.
