AIG Global Trade Series

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the three events of the AIG Global Trade Series due to take place in Washington DC, Paris and Singapore have been postponed until 2021. Further information will be announced soon.

Meanwhile AIG will be launching a series of podcasts on trade-related issues featuring experts from the GTS partner organizations. A selection of expert articles on trade issues will also continue to appear here.

AIG Global Trade Series brings together policy-makers, business leaders, and experts from thinktanks and academia to debate the complex interplay of factors shaping the global trade system.

The aim is to address the challenges and opportunities which these developments present to government and business, and to articulate approaches and solutions which strengthen the commitment to global trade.

The Global Trade Series is a collaboration between AIG and the following international organizations with leading expertise on global trade: Georgetown Law, Institute of International Economic Law; Chatham House; the Clingendael Institute; the International Chamber of Commerce; the Delors Institute; the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and the Bertelsmann Stiftung (Knowledge Partner).
