Spotlight on Real Estate at Exclusive UK Broker Briefings

AIG UK brought its Real Estate proposition into sharper focus with a series of exclusive broker briefing sessions in March, designed to give key partners deeper insight into its sector strategy, underwriting approach, and specialist capabilities.

Held across two afternoons, the programme featured an overview of AIG’s Real Estate offering, a multi-line product panel spanning Property, Casualty and Financial Lines, and a services panel covering AIG’s claims promise and multinational capabilities. Together, the sessions created space for focused dialogue on the Real Estate market, client needs and how AIG can support broker partners more effectively.

Opening the programme, Chris Rash, Chief Executive Officer, AIG UK, set out the strategic importance of Real Estate to AIG’s UK business.

“Real Estate is a strategic priority for AIG, and we are committed to building in the sector with real intent, underwriting discipline, and long-term perspective. These sessions are about reinforcing the intent and proposition, listening to broker partners, and strengthening the collaborative, sustainable relationships that help deliver for clients,” Chris said.

The sessions showcased the depth of expertise behind AIG’s Real Estate proposition and the ambition to bring underwriting, service, and market insight together in support of brokers and clients.

The briefings form part of AIG’s wider push to deepen broker engagement and demonstrate the strength of its Real Estate offering in a complex and evolving market.
