Our call centers also remain accessible to provide support and information.

Customers who are currently experiencing financial hardship due to Covid-19 are encouraged to contact AIG to discuss their circumstances. Depending on those circumstances, we will discuss level of cover, premiums and / or fees.
In line with the FCA guidance ‘Coronavirus and customers in temporary financial difficulty: guidance for insurance and premium finance firms’, eligible customers will be able to ask for help from 18 May until further notice.
